Brennan Reid lived in Phoenix, Arizona, and started off being an average student-athlete that barely graduated high school. In the year 2010, he then moved to Florida to attend college at Full Sail University, where he met a professor that taught him tax deed sales as well as the highs and lows of the real estate business. Fast forward 12 years later, Brennan is the founder and CEO of Reid Real Estate Solutions that focuses on the acquisition arm for off-market portfolio sales in both single and multi-family. Brennan has closed over 1000 transactions and has experience in tax sale auctions and property management.
