Great content man! It easy to digest. I love the fact that you give credit where credit is do meaning if you get a tip from another educator you just flat out say that one of your partners or mentors or friends passed it to to you.
Great, i just wanted to know what text blast system do you use? I’m in chicago if i have a agent pull a list for me of cash transaction in a zip code of where my property is, She will probably see the listing agent or sales agent, would those other agents share there cash buyer info with my agent? How does my agent get paid?

RE: what text blast system I use, I’m using Call Fire. Been using them for years, so I can vouch for them.

Anyway, to answer your question, just have your agent provide you with the list of cash transactions in the zip codes you want to work, and you will want to contact the listing and selling agents directly. They won’t share their cash buyers info with you directly, but you can bring them your deals, and have them add their commission to your wholesale price.
Agents want commissions. Like. A. Lot. Of. Them 🙂
They get paid by finding deals for their cash buyers. That’s where you come in. Be the best source of wholesale deals in Chi town. Build relationships with these agents, because it will pay off!
