Antonio was working several dead-end jobs and wearing himself thin before he discovered real estate investing. The first piece of advice he offers listeners on today’s show is to have some form of mentor or coach to help you through this business. In this line of work, the only way for you to really learn the trade is to be hands-on and make mistakes.

- Antonio can’t stress it enough. Get a coach, especially if you’re new.

- Flipping and rehabbing properties requires a lot of hands-on experience. You can’t learn this stuff in a book.
- How is Antonio closing deals in today’s market?
- You have to have a follow up system. You will lose so many deals if you don’t.
- Get a CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

- Right now Alex is testing out a live answering machine service.
- You create more time by outsourcing some of your work. Don’t be afraid to spend the money.
- You get a better picture of your business when you can free up some of your time.

- How does Antonio structure the compensation?
- Antonio’s deals do not come from any marketing methods.
- People get into real estate because they’re trying to find the quickest way to make money.
- If real estate isn’t your passion, then it might not work on the long run.
- Always stay hungry.
