- The heart of the Level 10 meeting is getting to all the ‘issues’ in the business, to which you dedicate a total of 60 minutes to tackle.
- The problem with a lot of these meetings is things get talked about, but nothing ends up getting done.
- At the end of the meeting, you then rate it from on a scale of 1-10 on how well it went. This gives you feedback from the team on how to make the meetings better in the future.
- Core values are so, so, so, so important for the company and they are instrumental in developing company culture.
