Gavin Timms is originally from England, but moved to the United States full time in 2013. He was a golf professional back home, but when that dream was about to end he realized he needed a career that offered freedom. He needed to be able to travel back to England to visit his family and the regular 9-5 wasn’t going to cut it. A random conversation at a cafe in Italy actually led him to Real Estate Investing.
